Pour moi, Créer, c'est tout simplement, la plus belle facon d'être. La sculpture, je l'ai toujours eu a l'esprit, me sentant "profondément sculpteur".
Creating, is just for me the nicest way to be. The sculpture discipline, I always had it in my mind, feeling myself profoundly sculptor.
C'est seule, en autodidacte, que je commence véritablement sur une planche a découper de cuisine pendant une convalescence.
This is alone, self taught, that I really began on a piece of wood in my kitchen when I was sick.
Des le début, j'ai eu envie de donner un sens solidaire, que mes créations portent une utilité, un espoir.
From the beginning, I wanted to give it a sense, something that brings utility, hope.
Si le grès est "ma terre de prédilection", je me suis essayée a d'autres materiaux, avec joie.
If stoneware is my preferable clay, I have been trying many other materials with joy.
Vont se dérouler une ribambelle de réalisations, sans interruption, comme dans un voyage selon les envies du moment, les saisons, les opportunites, ou le hasard...
On that way many artworks will emerge (drawing, painting on canvas, study of iconography, tempera technique, large scale painting, making bracelets, sewing) without stopping, like travelling depending on the moment, the seasons, the opportunities, the hasard...
La discipline de la sculpture sera toujours bien présente et prendra une place de plus en plus grande et profonde.
The discipline of sculpting will be always here, and will take a bigger place in my life.
En parallèle, j'ai participé a des projets solidaires comme volontaire dans le domaine de l'éducation et de l'artisanat, et a des ateliers artistiques : sculpture sur pierre et d'apres modèle vivant.
In parallel, I participated to NGO projets as a volunteer in Peru working with artisans, Mexico and Armenia in the areas of teaching, consulting, handcrafting. I also joined artist workshops : stone carving (Kythnos Island, Greece) and modeling human body (Firenze, Italy).
C'est en 2012 que je fonde ma propre association Art, Terre & Artefacts (Artoufekt) solidaire avec le Pérou, suite à plusieurs voyages, et dans le but premier de soutenir la communauté de Cuncani dans la region de Cusco, dans le domaine de la santé, de l'éducation et selon les priorités sur place.
In 2012, I founded the NGO "Art, Terre & Artefacts (Artoufekt) who supports Peru, and this following several trips in that country. Primarly support was to help the Cuncani communuty into the Cusco region and in relation with the NGO Nexos Comunitarios located in Peru and still continuing nowadays accross Peru.
Avec l'élan de mieux comprendre, je me suis formée a l'art thérapie sensorimotrice, la psychologie et le coaching de vie.
To better understand the human being in general, to learn how to help, and what clay touching does on self, I followed the diploma of Sensorimotor Art Therapy, then Counselling/Psychology, and Life Coaching.
Je pratique aussi la photographie, et le dessin ce qui m'a permis de réaliser quelques albums.
I also like very much photography and drawing which enabled me to produce severals paper portfolios.
Encore aujourd'hui, je pratique la sculpture en continu, sans préparation aucune. Ce sont véritablement les mains qui ouvrent le chemin...
Il y a une grande part dédiée au ressenti, à l'intuition et peut-etre aussi à la magie du moment...
Today, still practisong sculpture, without any preparation. This are truely the hands that open the way...There is a big part dedicated to feeling, intuition, and maybe also to the magic of the instant.
Aucun doute qu'il y a une discipline, celle d'aller toujours de l'avant et de faire mieux possible.
No doubt there is one discipline, for me this is the one to go always ahead and to do the best possible.
On dit de mes sculptures qu'elles se révèlent originales, sobres, modernes, empreintes d'une certaine fluidité.
My sculptures are said to be original, sober, modern, expressing a certain fluidity.
Lors d'expositions, je me suis vue attribuer deux Prix en 2023 et 2025 que je dédie à mes parents.
During exhibitions, I received two awards in 2023 and 2025 which I dedicate to my parents.
Ma profonde conviction, c'est que l'Art fait sens lorsque grâce à la créativité, la beauté, harmonie, permet de faire le lien et de permettre un bien être.
My profound thought, is that Art makes sense when thanks to creativity, beauty, harmony, it allows connections between people and to allow well-being. It is an extraordinary human experience.
Il y a seulement une vraie aspiration à faire vivre et grandir cet Art afin de lui donner un impact solidaire, toujours.
There is only a true aspiration to make it live and grow and so that to give it a humanity impact, always.
Et où cela me menera, j'irai...
And where it would take me, I would go...
